NOTICE OF SECTION 106 HISTORICAL PRESERVATION REVIEW PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING REDEVELOPMENT OF ADREAN TERRACE, MATT APTS., N.D. PETERS MANOR

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the public involvement provisions of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), that the Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica, New York (UMHA) – d/b/a People First - will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 between 6 and 7:30 p.m. regarding the redevelopment of properties located in the vicinity of Armory Drive, Tilden Avenue and Memorial Parkway known as Adrean Terrace, Matt Apts., N.D. Peters Manor. The Utica Municipal Housing Authority and development partner Vecino Group will be available to show renderings, provide details, and answer questions on the project. The meeting will be held at Perretta Twin Towers Community Room, 509 Second St., Utica, New York 13501. The general public and interested/consulting parties are welcome to attend anytime throughout the meeting, on a come and go basis.
