West Utica Homeownership Project

Through a New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) grant, People First has constructed seven single-family modular homes. These homes are part of the West Utica/City of Utica Homeownership project. 

This project involved the new construction of seven single-family homes on the site of the former Lincoln School in the West Utica neighborhood in the City of Utica (925 Downer Avenue and 1020 Mathews Avenue). Of the seven units, there is one accessible 3-bedroom and six 4-bedroom units.
